This site is run by Rentzilas Nikolaos, a freelance developer based in Larissa, Greece. This page explains what happens to the details you give me when you book a meeting, use a client room or make a payment through a link I've sent you.

What I collect

When you book, reschedule or cancel a meeting:

  • your name, email address and, if you give it, your company
  • what you'd like to discuss
  • for remote support sessions, your AnyDesk ID
  • your timezone, so times are shown to you correctly
  • the time you picked, and any changes you make to it

Every booking also comes with a client room, described below, where we can send messages and share files. Its link is only ever sent to the email address you booked with.

I don't use analytics or advertising cookies on the booking pages, and I don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

When you pay through a payment link:

  • your name and email address, the amount, what it was for, and when you paid
  • your card or bank details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach this site; I only see what Stripe reports back, such as the last four digits of a card

When you use a client room (a private page for the two of us, at a link I've sent you):

  • the messages you send, and the files you share
  • what you're typing in the message box before you send it, so I can see a reply as it's being written. Only I can see it, it's never emailed, and it's deleted when you send the message or after 10 minutes without typing
  • logins either of us saves in the room (a name, username, password, web address and note). Everything but the name is encrypted before it's stored, and each time a password is shown, that is recorded so we can both see it
  • your name and email address, and when you last had the room open
  • for calls in a room, when each call started and how long it lasted. Calls are never recorded.

Photos you upload from your own device have their location data (EXIF) stripped in your browser before they're sent. Please don't send passwords in a room; if I need one, I'll ask for it another way.

Why

Only to arrange and hold the meeting you asked for: to put it in my calendar, send you a confirmation and reminders, and let you change or cancel it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Room messages and files are used only for the work we're discussing, on the same basis (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Payment details are used to take the payment, send you a confirmation and keep my accounts. The legal bases are performing our contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legal obligations as a business in Greece (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who processes it for me

  • Supabase – the booking and room database, and the storage for files shared in rooms, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
  • Vercel – hosts this website and runs the booking pages.
  • Google Calendar – the meeting is added to my calendar, with a Google Meet link for video calls.
  • LiveKit – carries the audio, video and screen sharing of calls in a room. Calls are relayed live and not recorded or stored.
  • Resend – sends the confirmation, reminder, change, payment and room emails.
  • Stripe – processes payments. Stripe is also an independent controller for the payment data it needs for fraud prevention and its own legal obligations; see stripe.com/privacy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, they rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

Booking details are kept for 12 months after the meeting, then your name, email, company, message and AnyDesk ID are removed automatically, from the booking system and from the entry in my calendar. Emails in my own inbox follow my normal email retention.

Files shared in a room are deleted 90 days after they're uploaded. A room nobody has used for 12 months loses its messages and your name, email and saved logins automatically. You can ask me to delete a room, or anything in it, sooner - and either of us can remove a saved login at any time.

Payment records are accounting records, so they are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires me to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or object to how they're used, by emailingcontact@rentzilas.dev. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
